SUMMER DAY CAMP 2010
Before
we know it the cold days of winter will be behind us and the hot summer will
be upon us. What plans does your family have for this summer? If you are worried
about your children not having a place to go, or something to do, worry no
more! “Summer at St. James” is the answer. The creative blend
of themes and camp activities make this summer program the “Best Day
Camp Anywhere!”
Day Camp will be available from 7:45 to 5:30 Monday through Friday for ages
3 to 12. Camp dates will run for eight weeks from June 7 through August 6,
2010 with one week shut down July 5-9. You may register for full day or half
day by the week, or may choose days of the week your child will attend. Children
must be pre-registered at least two weeks in advance of planned attendance.
Activities at day camp will include: theme weeks, swimming, bicycling, skating,
active games, arts and crafts, community presenters, friends and fun and some
learning too!

WHEEL WEDNESDAYS - Campers may bring their bikes, trikes, scooters, skateboards,
and rollerskates on Wednesdays. Special activities will be planned on campus
to ride their wheels!
FUN FOOD FRIDAYS – Lunch will be provided for campers each Friday from
one of our area fast food restaurants.
ADMISSIONS
Admission
is granted to qualified children in the order in which registrations are received.
The program welcomes children from any school, religion, race, and or ethnic
origin. Registration DEADLINE will be Wednesday, May 19, 2010. After May 19,
there will be a $25.00 late registration fee.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Return your
completed registration form and release form with the correct deposit. A nonrefundable
deposit of 25% of your total due is required with your registration in order
to reserve your camper’s place. 25% of the remaining balance is due
May 27, 2010. Final payment is due two weeks prior to planned attendance.
Weekly payments may be made as long as they are prior to camper attending
the weekly session.
CAMP FEES
Summer at
St. James will provide campers with fun, educational, and age-appropriate
activities in a relaxed, nurturing environment on a beautiful, natural and
safe campus. Your camper will be provided with well supervised indoor and
outdoor planned activities, arts and crafts, weekly themes that allow hands-on
experience, guest presenters, cooperative games, snacks, daily swimming, and
lunch on Fridays.
•The weekly fee for all day “Summer at St. James Day Camp”
is $100.00 per week.
•The weekly fee for half-day “Summer at St. James Day Camp”
is $55.00 per week. Half day is either 7:45 – 12:00 or 1:00 –
5:30.
• Daily Rate is $25.00 per day. Campers must be pre-registered and paid
at least two weeks in advance of planned attendance.Students who are registered
to attend St. James Day School for the 2010-2011 school year are eligible
for a 10% discount.
Campers registered
for two weeks or more all day “Summer at St. James Day Camp” will
receive a free t-shirt
